The following conditions apply to withdrawing your winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• KYC verification is mandatory.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• At least one deposit must be made before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Where a promotional code is used, the specific terms of that code will apply. Sharing or selling promotional codes is prohibited.

• Game results are final — outcomes will not be altered in response to complaints.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a loss results from a technical issue or dealer error, a complaint must be submitted within 24 hours of the incident.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilivobd and will result in permanent account closure:

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Registering under a false identity or submitting fraudulent documents during identity verification.
